I can't believe the idiot vigilantes who somehow think they're better than others. The law is the law. That's what CIVILIZED people abide by. You become no better than the perp when you want to be a vigilante. Get the laws changed so scum like him NEVER get out or get hung or get castrated or whatever floats your boat. Read the original question, ACCORDING TO LAWS!

The law can never give a suitable punishment for this crime!
I do not believe in the death penalty and believe that a man should rot in jail for the crimes he has committed however the some people do not feel remorse and after they have served their time go on living and possibly even committing these crimes again toward other children now that they are not allowed near their daughter. I do not believe that the law currently punishes men of this nature to the fullest extent that they should be. I believe life would be suitable as in stays till they die naturally. I know this may start something but I am strongly against rehabilitation for child molesters because as you may have figured out I have a past horror I will not talk about. Sorry if I offend anyone with what I said but no punishment can comfort the horror of this crime for it is something that can never be forgotten for as long as a woman lives..........

Raped? In several cultures it is considered normal for the father to be her first, but rape constitues forced sex. I do not think there is a punishment serious enough for this situation, Maybe disembowelment.

He could anywhere between 3 years in prison to life according to the laws and plea bargains.
My law says: put a bullet in his head and get it over with. OR, put him in with general population for a year and let them have at him for awhile, then shoot him.

gee Canadian laws are so lax, my personal opinion should be prison for the man in gen pop with all the other cons, and a nice pink jacket to distinguish the rapists from every one else, and be there at least 15 to life

Hang him in public, let the public cut small pieces of his body, but keep him alive as long as painfully as possible and when ready to die cut his personals off and stick them where the sun never shines.

Capital punishment....but even death would be far too less for such a bastard...i think you should remove your question, it isnt very pleasant to answer or think about, and besides it doesnt matter what we think anyways in such matters.
