I agree being on the computer won't help you get to sleep... Try to avoid things like radio tv computers an hour or so before you go to sleep to wind down... Have a cup of chamomile tea if you have any... I try & concentrate on my breathing, if my mind is thinking to much & thats why I cant sleep... breath in while counting 1 2 3 then hold 1 2 3, out 1 2 3 hold 1 2 3 while imagining drawing a box... if that makes any sense??? good luck getting some sleep

i just woke up, at 6:50. new york time. be up the rest of the day hopefully. do you play games or read. that sometimes works for me.
