Can you suggest some new short-form for the EIGHT planets.

it is gone now since Pluto isn't a planet anymore

keep that one and don't mention Pluto.
Personaly, I don't need that kind of things to remember the first 4 planets. And then, there are the 4 gaz giants, after the asteroid belt. And to remember those I just remember j-sun. The J doesn't have any meaning, but I just need to know the order.
And the first 4 planets are easy. Mercury has the particularity of rotating backwards because very close to the sun, so it's easy to remeber, and the 3 others, venus, earth and mars, I just know where they are.
