video clips from my nokia fone are not opening with windows media player on my laptop pls help?

i purchased my laptop a month back. back then video clips from my cell phone ( i have real player on my nokia cellphone) used to open up. the clip format is Video/h263-2000. the clips stopped playin a week back but can be opened up with Quicktime player.
ipod music files dont open up as well. the technicians are not able to figure out wats wrong. pls help.....

First you have to make Real Player your default player..to do that go to preferences in real player and choose that option....also choose the format 3GPP to play by default on real player,finally using tools on the player choose updates from the list choose to update the format 3GPP.Close real player.Now you will be able to play your nokia's videos on on your pc.
