He is a good sikh. He is clever in politics. He is a genius in economics. He is a loyal congress man. He is inconvenienced by the blackmailing coalation partners and a section of congress parliamentarians who are against Sonia Gandhi but are scared of saying so openly.

I think he is a puppet in the hands of Italian Queen. He is intelligent, a world renowned economist. It is all correct.
But, also, he is the weakest PM India ever had.
