Can i download an Mp3 and save it in my compute or cd.... and open it as often as i want even i am not in the internet

yes u can ! there are various sites which offer free mp3 which can be downloaded and stored onto your hard disk and then you can open and listen to those mp3 even when you are not connected to the internet ! which mp3 are u looking for ? english or hindi or any other language ?
