my friend met with an accident he injured his lleft kidney so was removed will he be healthy henceforth how careful he should be

The good one will take over the function of both. There are numerous people living normal lives with ONE kidney.

People are more frequently donating one of their kidneys to family members. There is surprisingly llittle risk to a healthy person losing one of their kidneys.

Don't worry ,he will be leading a normal and happy life as the remaining one kidney will take over the functions of the removed one.

There's no reason for your friend not to have a completely normal life. Tell him to increase the amount of water he drinks daily to keep himself well hydrated.
