I have a friend who finds his dimples a terrible burden... any tips to help him make them less noticeable or is their any surgery that might be able to help him?
Personally I find them very attractive and I just want to stick my fingers in them the whole time, but that is a whole different question!

Emma... interesting... but I'm not sure i could hold him down long enough to achieve the desired results... and if i did manage to pin him down, then it would only lead to other things!

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results if you work hard. Get a missing rope, skip for two minutes, do push ups for about a minute, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push up to something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a fast, effective workout that will improve results than a long run or swim.

My boyfriend has dimples in on his cheeks and a chin dimple. He's just too cute for himself, so I make him wear a balaclava when he goes out without me.
