Keeping moisturized is important at any age, and skin care should start in your 20's (as well staying away from UVA and UVB rays), so that you have good skin, and good habits to carry you into your 30's!

I'm in my twenties and I think it's important to exfoliate (gently) and to use sunscreen so that you don't get premature wrinkles, but no, it isn't necessary to use anti-aging products. Doctor knows best.

i think it would depend on what your mom and dads skin looks like, if their skin looks like hell, then chances are your skin will to, so i would start early to use the cream, but if you have good genes, and your parents look good, then i would hold off for a few more years,
and i would use an SPF for sure when going out and a hat for at the beach
