colleges by laws, business plan, what do you need to start a college, other than money?

Accreditation makes a college legit. It's a big word that means the school is recognized by other schools, employers, etc to provide a real education.
Any idiot can start a college, just look at Jerry Falwell. But if I were hiring someone who went to Liberty University, I'd be skeptical.

A charter and u probably have to register w/ the Dept of Education. (federal and state)
