You can easily find the answer on the internet. In 3 minutes on yahoo search I typed in 'source of vitamin E' and got lots of sites. I went to this one:

http://www.health.gov/dietaryguidelines/dga2005/document/html/appendixB.htm

and it had a table listing about 15 sources with the highest rating going to 1 oz of sunflower seeds which provides 7.4 mg. The RDA for adults is listed there also as 15 mg. Almonds were listed a close second at 7.3 mg for 1 oz serving. Other good sources include mixed nuts, peanuts cooked Spinach (1.9 mg in 1/4 cup).

In foods, the most abundant sources of vitamin E are vegetable oils such as palm oil, sunflower, canola, corn, soybean and olive oil. Nuts, sunflower seeds, seabuckthorn berries, and wheat germ are also good sources. Other sources of vitamin E are whole grains, fish, peanut butter, and green leafy vegetables. Fortified breakfast cereals are also an important source of vitamin E in the United States. Although originally extracted from wheat germ oil, most natural vitamin E supplements are now derived from vegetable oils, usually soybean oil.
