I think that what they did was upto them..If they converted due to pressure, then their faith in their former religon was very weak. But If what they did was influenced by their own decision then who are we to object to it. But if they converted willfully after seeing the truth, I can only say that I am happy for them..

Steve Centanni, the Fox Reporter that was held captive was just interviewed on Fox after his release. He clearly stated that the two of them were forced to convert to Islam at gunpoint. Be careful what you pass on as fact. I wouldn't trust Reuters anymore than the New York Times.

Let me ask you a question. If you were kept blindfolded most of the time and never knew if at any time your kidnappers were going to lop off your head, would you go along with what ever they came up with? I would and I think the world knows these statements were made under great distress. Their statements mean nothing unless they continue to make them after they are released. I seriously doubt they mean what they say under the circumstances.
