I think that what they did was upto them..If they converted due to pressure, then their faith in their former religon was very weak. But If what they did was influenced by their own decision then who are we to object to it. But if they converted willfully after seeing the truth, I can only say that I am happy for them..

Steve Centanni, the Fox Reporter that was held captive was just interviewed on Fox after his release. He clearly stated that the two of them were forced to convert to Islam at gunpoint. Be careful what you pass on as fact. I wouldn't trust Reuters anymore than the New York Times.

I would convert to the church of Harold the Carrot God to escape from religious psychos. Centanni and Wiig were not 'guests'. In America we don't kidnap people at gunpoint to make them unwilling 'guests' in our home, and refuse to let them leave until they convert to our 'religion' and embrace our philosophy. We will be interested to see if the two men remain muslim after they get out of the hellhole that Gaza has become under Hamas leadership.

Let me ask you a question. If you were kept blindfolded most of the time and never knew if at any time your kidnappers were going to lop off your head, would you go along with what ever they came up with? I would and I think the world knows these statements were made under great distress. Their statements mean nothing unless they continue to make them after they are released. I seriously doubt they mean what they say under the circumstances.

Terrorists have been targeting journalists , it guarantees lots of news coverage .
As to converting , you'll say anything to keep your head for another day .
IF , they are murdered , we should blow Gaza off the map .
Make it plain , the kidnapping and murdering of civilians will not be tolerated and will be responded to with overwhelming force .

No. Snopes and Politifact cleared up this rumor. short version clarification: "Rumors have circulated in view that a minimum of 2009 claiming that the Fox information cable television channel fought effectively in courtroom for the acceptable to lie, deceive, or deceive visitors. The declare that Fox information legally gained the "precise to lie" has been repeated around the internet in spite of its being factually faulty on better than one point. The case handy did no longer contain the national Fox information cable channel (the case appreciably PREDATES the Fox information cable channel's present day 24-hour insurance. additionally, the activities that led as much as the "Fox lies" case weren't with regard to the station's daily programming; fairly, the criminal conflict to which the rumor refers grow to be a pair of husband-and-spouse reporting team (Jane Aker and Steve Wilson) who objected to being in touch in an unaired tale approximately bovine enhance hormones (BGH) via what the pair believed grow to be a company conflict of interest. The newshounds claimed that they have been unfairly terminated from their jobs for "resisting WTVT's tries to distort or suppress the BGH tale. If I were captive by some stupids who have knives, and guns, I would convert to whatever they said, to save my life!!!
All you have to say is 'Allah akbar' Allah is great, and Mo ham med is his prophet!
Actually, Mo ham med is a pedophile and a pirate, who pillaged, raped, murdered thousands of innocent children and women.
The rules are:
Men are offered the opportunity to "convert" or are killed.
Women and children are raped, prostituted, killed, then raped again.
This is written in the quram!! This is the word of Mo Ham med!
Islam is the only 'religion' that teaches intolerance for all other beliefs! Join or die, for men! Prostitute all the un-believers who are women or children!
Very sick, and the Libs want to practice appeasement and 'tolerance' of Islam in all societies? Rather that we each get into a sleeping bag with a rattlesnake!

only God knows the truth,He is the one who sees what's inside their hearts , and time will tell wither they embraced Islam willingly or not. Allah doesn't need their faith, they do.
