There are all kinds of businesses out there. The thing to do,is weed out the scams. My wife and I were like you, working hard, but still looking for our dreams. What I liked about your comments was your attitude to succeed and committment. That is all that is required for someone to succeed. Ability and willingness. We started our company 6 years ago with an initial investment of roughly 550.00, and have not looked back. With little or no capital, you need to focus on a service business where people pay you for your time. You probably can't afford to buy inventory (no retail or wholesale business) buy equipment ( no manufacturing business) or even invest in a facility. So, think about what kinds of things you do well that many other people either don't do very well (writing? painting? cooking? ) or that many people would rather not do (daycare, lawnmowing). An important thing to consider: are you looking for a business or a job? A job is just you working. A business has employees and customers and you make money by charging customers more than you pay your employees. How ambitious are you and how hard are you willing to work?

You have everything it takes to be successful in a home based business....you are exactly the type of person who excells. All businesses produce a product, what you are saying is you want to sell this product and you have little money to bring the product to you in the first place. Your product might be you, or your time. What about a handy man or an escort business.
Chimney sweeps and window cleaners can make alot of money but is is a drain on your free time.

A small shop, selling fmg, consumer items. small investment, build a good will, it'll be good business. othe than that, home tutions, phone booth, newspaper stand, to begin with.there are quite a few things you can do in life! the important thing is the attitude, the will to succeed! Good luck!
