Ionil T shampoo. it's available online. http://www.aaaskindoctor.com/ionil3.html

my sister is a dermatologist and this is what she prescribes. works better than other commercial brands that sometimes leave your scalp drier and itchier. a little bit more expensive than the usual anti dandruff shampoos in the groceries but all worth it. ask your doctor about it.

Find shampoo that contain zinc prytione, (abv. as ZPT).
Hair should be clean. Use baby shampoo (cussons, zwitsal), after success dandruff removing. Use your comb , not use public comb (as available in public area, i.e. health centre, swimming pool).
Ketoconazol is more specific to fungus remedy. you can also use it (Nizoral) if you get heavy dandruff, or very itching.
