If you've been circumcised then your foreskin has been removed. You can tell if you're circumcised if you see scar that appears as a brownish ring around your penis somewhere, or there's a region that abruptly changes color somewhere along the shaft. It is theoretically possible to be born without a foreskin, or a very short foreskin so it appears that there isn't one, but this is really really rare.

Yes, it's possible. It means you got circumcised as a child. That's why you would not have foreskin on your "penis." If you didn't get circumcised you should have the foreskin on your "penis."

If you were never circumcised, you have aposthia, or foreskin so short it appears to not exist. You get all the fabulous nerve endings, but no protection for your glans or mucosal skin.
One other guy who had this was the Prophet Muhammad, so maybe you're the anti-christ or something.
If you were circumcised, you should see a distinct (brown scar) boundary between dull shaft skin and tender "inner" skin just below the glans.

Not likely (that you don't have..). Has your doctor ever seen your penis? He'd really be the best qualified person to tell you what's goin on down there..
..but if you can get a few women to examine it in the meantime, all the better!!

Its either you have it or you dont....the only way to tell if you dont know what a forskin is, is to look at some pics of what one looks like with a forskin and what one with a forskin looks like...haha
