Rabbits should be left with mum until they are a minimum of six weeks old.By then they should be feeding on dry food and hay. British Rabbit council recommends that no rabbits should be sold until they are eight weeks of age and have been fully weaned.
I breed and sell rabbits in my pet store.

Other people seem to know more about rabbits than I so I'd go with them. But with most critters it's usually best to watch them with their mother and only separate them when she starts to not let them nurse. Trouble with that is some animal Moms just are not good at the mothering thing or just never learned and, if you want the cub, pup, kitten, calf, foal or whatever to live a human has to take her place or find the baby a new, and willing Mom.

Anywhere from 6 - 8 weeks old! As with any "babies," take clues from the mother! When she starts to wean them, you can take them!

6 weeks is about the earliest you should separate them.
But 8-10 is better if the mother doesnt mind them.

Make sure it can eat food on its own, and is no longer nursing.
