The Palm Tungsten E2 can connect to the Internet via Bluetooth connection. However, it would be much easier to connect via WiFi. While the Tungsten E2 does not have built-in WiFi as a few other Palm handhelds (such as the Tungsten C, Tungetn T/X, and LifeDrive), you can buy a WiFi SD card that you can plug into the SD slot on the top of the Tungsten E2. You can find a WiFi SD card online and at computer stores for between $80 - $120.

The downside of using a WiFi SD card is that once you plug it into the SD card, you will not be able to put another SD card at the same time. If that is a none issue, I would get a WiFi SD card so you can browse the Web, send e-mail, use IM at any hotspots or wireless networks. If you don't have wireless connectivity at home, you can easily set it up by buing a wireless router at any computer store.

Let me know if you have additional questions.

You can buy a wifi sd card from Palm or google for one. Also, you can connect to the internet through a bluetooth connection if you have a bluetooth adapter.
