I'm saying he's underrated because no clubs give him any offer yet., which I really don't know the reasons...

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Klose is very kind. I never see him angry or provokes another guy in the field. And I think he's a really nice guy off field, too, seeing from videos I've watch.
And yes, I would like him to be my friend, well, a friend who will always help us in any situations, agree???

Lana : Whew, if he is going to go to Munich, that's good news. hehehehe...
Still, I want him to play outside. I mean, he's not gonna improve a lot if he stays in Germany right??? ^ ^

You are right, he came into the 2006 World Cup overshadowed by his younger team mate, Lukas Podolski's prodigy status, whom everyone in the German team harboured so high hopes for him to deliver.
To me, Klose is not only a superb finisher, he's a gentleman and a great friend to have especially for Lukas, why?
Rewind his games and you'll find he unselfishly tried so many times passing the ball to Lukas to help him break the duck, which the latter can't find the back of the net, which was so depressing not only to himself, but the whole team.
Personally, Klose should be given more acclaim and recognition for his skills, comradeship and a true gentleman of this sport, no dirty tricks whatsoever.
A salute not to the Golden Boot alone but to a true great player of World Cup 2006. Hats off to this gentleman's ethics and comradeship.
How I wish to have such a friend beside me, lucky Lukas and Germany.

I like him too. He attached my attention during the World Cup of 2002. I don't think that he's underrated, he's just a modest person. Whom do we call stars? Those whom we see in advertising. Klose just does his job without shouting at every corner that he's great and talented. They say that next year he may go to Bayern. They've been watching him for long, but he chose Werder because they guaranteed him playing practice.

I don't think he is under-rated at all. Perhaps the fact he plays in the Bundesliga (which is not easily viewed around the world), that makes him, a little unknown.
But he typifies the striker that Germany has always produced, good in the air, strong and imposing and an eye for goal. Eg; Bierhoff, Rummeinegge, Hrusbech etc.
He is a very useful striker and will walk into almost any national squad in the world.

Yes, I have been thinking the same. One of the reasons I think is because he plays in Germany, and that league is not as popular as EPL, Serie A,or Spanish league. Another reason, I think is he has never played in a big club, Wender Bremen is good, but not popular worldwide. The third reason, and probably true, is that his skill level is not as high as elite players(Ronaldo, Shevchenko, etc), although he's really talented at getting headers.

I think it's a combination of two things. His goals are a result of his off the ball movement and really a simple, team goal type of goals. Remember, he scored six goal in the Japan Korea, all with headers. Nothing spectacular.
Secondly, he likes where he is now, and his team will never release him for any amount of money. That is the best combination anyone can have.

See klose is a great player but he's not the best.some people think he's useless(only becoz he scored against their favourite teams)
but actually he's got real ability. It's just that people dont really watch him play.he is underrated but only to a certain extent.

Yes, he is extremely underrated! He is one of the best strikers in the world, but he keeps a very low profile, like many of the German players, so people overlook him. He is amazing!

He is a good player why would you think he is under rated those who don`t know him it`s either that they don`t watch the champions league or not interested in UEFA at all.
