Just a quick question to put out to you people, I have always wondered why, when you are sick you always find pieces of carrot!!! This is a good one, for after your breakfast. Thanks x

It's not carrots, unless thats what you were eating!
The orange bits in vomit is your stomach lining! Anything yellow is usually bile.
