When i downloaded an extension for firefox, it gave me a file guyts.xpi wht should i do to install it??

As i didnt download from the official site i couldnt directly install it in tools>extensions i guess. Omg i heard that many ppl use firefox but..... no answer for my question8(

Open the extension with firefox if you've downloaded it. Otherwise, you just click on the link on the web page and it pops up whether to install it or not.

I think if you downloaded it correctly it should be installed automatically and you will be able to access it from Tools->Extensions
