i think if you are tired then you need sleep. if its not because of tiredness then try used cold tea bags, or cucumber. Basically anything cold and moisturising. I use a gel eye mask from the fridge at night and tea bags. It really helps.

There are a few options of home remedy out there depending on the home as to what you might have readily available. I hope you find some relief.. Here are some things that have worked for me for dark under eye circles..
Arnica Gel used for sore muscle pain can also work for undereye cream.. Just thin it with water as a light topical application to be applied in the evening.
Other options.. involve found products round the house and "restful meditation" while they work their magic. (i.e. do this while you chill out to your favorite music to let the home remedy do it's work). Put these remedies on the affected areas:
1. Slice of raw potato on each affected area. OR
2. Poultice of rosewater, mint leaves and a bit of honey- warm the rosewater so the honey and mint create a sort of week tea, stir, and cool. THEN apply the mixture to the affected areas OR consider if you can stand the cold, freezing this mixture and applying the cool therapy for the double punch of cooling herbal cure. OR
3. Chamomile, Mint, or Green Tea bags that have been used to make a cup of tea- squeeze out the excess liquid, chill in the fridge and apply them (This is my favorite home remedy as it is easiest to do in my home).

Sleep or frozen metal spoons. i recomend sleep. It's the best thing i ever never felt. It takes up alot of time, but it feels so great but short. Especially if you're sleeping next to somone you really love or like. That's a good time to sleep there...
Drinking some weird kind of tea could work too.

Get more sleep if possible. If you got glasses, put them on. If not, do you think you may need an eye exam. Try putting two spoons in the freezer for an hour and take them out and put them below your eyes for 20 minutes or so.

You might be feeling weakness too. This is because your liver weakness. You go on some light exercise and play games. Eat fresh light home made food. Fresh vegitables and salads accompanied with some sprouts will be more effective.
