the older they get, the higher incidence of birth defects there is
its only recently that society waits until 20's to do it..why? cause of education and junk
way back in the day it was beneficial to have kids often and early

i would say from 21- 35 mainly because the more younger the woman the longer her child will live...and after 35 conceiving is hard unless u follow a healthy lifestyle.
