dude!!! i dont see any problems in that. age is not the factor here and the important thing is that u luv her and vice versa. let me tell u one thing, my dad was 32 yr old and my mom was 18 yr old when they got married..can you believe that?? and no sex problems arising...all perfect too..just take care of your health and its all fine..no worries, dude!!! hence, your age factor is not a factor after all...

I can't see how or why there would be any problems.
Of course, there might be a little bit of a maturity issue. 21 year-old girls, while vastly more mature than 21 year-old guys, are nonetheless somewhat immature compared to a 31 year-old.

if you are sexually compatible now there should not be a problem, but some men over the age of 30 tend to lose the strength of their erection.
Not smoking and drinking excess alcohol can make you more virile.
