pimple marks

need more information, what kind of marks, and what do they look like, etc...
Okay, if you are getting pimple marks on your arms, you probably have sensitive skin, and most soaps and body washes contain chemical fragrances that can be the culprit. I would suggest using a natural and gentle cleanser, without chemcial fragrances, or a glycerin based soap. And after you change to one of these products, expect the marks on your arms to disappear completely within a month. Don't forget to exfoliate gently also, it will speed up the process.

Ummm if I ever had a pimple on my arm it usually went away when I washed it in the shower. If that doesn't work, I'd wash the area with face wash. : )
And if that doesn't work I'ld go to a dematoligist.
