Work it out for yourself, take the number of commercial flights worldwide daily, divide that by the number that are blown out of the sky daily, and you have your answer to part one. Now do the same calculation using the number that are blown out of the sky by two bombs and again you have your answer to part two.

My calculations say that to find one bomb on one plane is a twice every three years event, maximum, and two bombs that go off, will never happen.

well, im the bomb, and the odds of me being on a commercial flight on any given day is about 1/10

the chance of me being on the same flight twice at the same time is really low

Very very small for a single bomb.
Much much smaller for 2 bombs on the same plane, since the terrorist group are well organized and will save the second bomb.

there is no definative way to mathamaticly make a definitive percentage because there are way to many variables. but I would say that on assumed measures that it would be very very low.
