I am currently doing a research on factors that de-motivate experts in a public organization. There is high turn-over in the government organizations. Your answer is valuable for me. I need more participants. Thank U

Experts are discouraged when they take orders from someone
who knows less then them.

Also: Not having what they need to perform their job properly.
Having their ideas shot down by those that know less.
Others taking credit for their work,and not even being mentioned.

I could go on for hours.There is a theme,don't mix sharp personal
with unknowing bosses.
Give credit when credit is due.

People who try to stab others in the back at the office. I lost my government job for petty accusations and have yet to find work in any field that suits my current qualifications. Government agencies are nothing but corrupt organizations full of red tape.
