language change to Italian from English for moto v3i?

i want to send as present to someone in Italy a moto V3i D&G but the language need to be changed from english and chinese to Italian how do i do this i heard this web site www.irfranview.com would be my solution doee anybody have a better idea and much simpler not so savvy when it comes to things like this
