Literally, no because the earth is way to massive to me moved or rocked by a electronic device that weighs less than 5 pounds.
Figuratively, Yes because Sony keeps game developers happy and will have more games within 1 year of release than the 360 will. Not to mention the blu-ray technology that allows true high def.
