The roots are not gone after waxing. Thus, the hairs grow back. If you need permanent solution to remove hairs, then Visit www.bramhaimpex.com where you will find a revolutionary product (Cream) to remove hairs safely and permanently. And its a herbal product.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

it'll grow from the root, & will come back slightly thinner than before. it takes anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the individual. whereas when you shave you 'slice' the hair from the edge of the skin, & hence takes a shorter amount of time to grow back & will appear thicker because the end of the hair is blunt.

You must wax the direction away from the growth. If it is not done properly, the hair will grow thicker
