when yahoo first introduced voice services, we were able to make calls from UAE and it was blocked by etisalat(the one and only service provider in UAE) later. and after sometimes again we were able to make calls but from today we are not able to make the call again. why this happens?

That is because of Your service Provider
they banned it from The company
and the best way is
whoever you Talkin to
Try and find another Programs you can use to chat and use Mic and cam too
just go to
www.download.com and search for chat
you will get a lot i am sure

It is your service provider, they disable it because companies want you to purchase telephone service also, not just internet.
Call up your service provider and ask about Voice over IP policy
