Because, Malcom Speed wants to gain time in order to defend his fellow Australian in a better manner. But he is not aware of the fact that Pakistan will also get time in order to sue Hair in a better manner (in court of Law). Paksitan will launch such a case against Hair that even the 0.5 Million would fall short for him.....wait and see....

because i guess malcom speed still thinks that daryll hair is not at fault...and speed said yesterday that i guess daryll hair should continue umpiring but i am afraid he may not be able to do that...these words suggest that speed has no problems with bloody hair...this reveals a dilemma of cricket governing authorities...this is ridiculous 2 say the least....after what daryll hair has done...he should have been straight away kicked outta game instead of giving him respect ....now anybody can argue that hair might have been involved in match fixing in the past...i am dead sure pakistan is gonna take him 2 the court of law...and what shame for the game of crikt is that pooor inzi will have 2 face charges...both of them resluted due to daryl hair's actions!! hair is a black spot on crkt

The hearing of Inzamam-ul-Haq was basically delayed due to non availability of Adjudicator Nr. Ranjan Madugale who had to be in Sri Lanka due to accident to his sister. Subsequent postponement was made in consultation and agreement with
Pakistan Cricket Board. It appears that the postponement suited Pakistan to get enough time for their lawyers to get prepared for the hearing.
