My mum doesn't really have chinese eyes and my dad has kinda small eyes for a european.

when applying eye shadow, apply a neutral shadow (bone, light tan) on eyelids up to the bottom of the brow line and then apply with darker shadow (dk brown, khaki, dust) just on the outer corner of eyelids. finish off with applying a thin layer of black or dk brown eyeliner on top...thin line on the the inner corner of the eyes and thicker as you go and extending it a wee bit longer, not too much though or you'll look like cleopatra. also apply the same color liner on the bottom lashes just near the inside area of where your eyelashed grow. hope that helps.

I would go with eye liner. And make it the color of your eyes on the bottom and darker on the top for days and dark on both for night looks.

Extend your eyeliner when applying it to your upper eyelid.
