There was a case where an eagle was carrying a turtle to its nest and a bald man was sitting below. Thinking it to be a rock, it dropped the turtle so as to break the shell. It hit the man and the man died os brain haemorrage.

The only known bird that has killed a full grown human would be the cassowary of New Guinea. They are aggressive and will attack a human if they get too close to their young.
Now there are some medium- to large size raptors that will attack any intruder, including humans, that come too close to their nests. And they do have the potential of inflicting serious injuries with their talons. Examples would be the northern goshawk, peregrine falcon, African crowned eagle and the South American harpy eagle. The northern goshawk and the peregrine falcons can inflict deep wounds on human, but both the crowned and harpy eagle are very large and powerful birds and are capable of killing a full grown human with their powerful talons.

Couldn't find a specific but I'd be very surprised if someone wasn't killed by certain species of birds. Bluejays being one of the worst. Being startled and falling off a horse is a more likely cause of death where angry birds are concerned.
Some birds are heavy enough to have the mass to do serious injury, though they would probably kill themselves as well in the effort.
