That's what you think. GPS is only the tip of the iceburg. For every Hubble Space Telescope we have pointing outwards, there are many more scopes that size pointing down.

It's already done. Might as well strike a pose.

what makes u think the surroundings are what need to be monitored? instead of spending $ on war machines to see who is king of the hill. $ should be spent on the exterior of our galaxy. because it will not be long before this planet will become a garbage dump & the people will have to move.

There's no need. We have N.O.R.A.D to do that.In a crisis,all they have to do is point the satalites in the oppasite direction and boost the gain !

we think the gov must do a zillion things, but the fact is it will never do it coz it costs money
