I need some good advice. Please tell about what pressure you went through and what did you learn from it or how did you react. It can be any kind of pressure, maybe at work,school,relationships,religion,sports, or whatever pressures one may face.

Taking pressure is a part of life. There is no fun in life without pressure. Everyone has it. The important thing is how well you handel it? Don't get too much emotional and don't let it take you carried away. Just take it easy and do some exercises. When I take things lightly no matter how bad they are then usually they don't come out as bad as I thought. Try it. You will be glad!

Life is full of different pressures that we put on ourselves. Unless your fighting for your life all other pressures are not that big of a deal.

Everyday problems and pressures are part of life. How we deal with them decides how hard they are going to be to get through.

If you have your health, family and friends pressures are not that big of a deal. Dwelling on them and not fixing them causes them to be over baring.

hmm..i have a lot of pressure from school..i mean i'm goin into university next month and i still don't kno wht i'm expecting in terms of workload and friends.I watch a lot of tv and try to keep myself busy so I wouldn't wry tht much.

When I get stressed, I pray.
Also, I listen to relaxation tapes they sometimes help.
If you get really stressed, talking to someone may help. Like a councillor. That helps, too.

de-stressed with friends, booze, and fishing/camping with friends and booze!
