I need some good advice. Please tell about what pressure you went through and what did you learn from it or how did you react. It can be any kind of pressure, maybe at work,school,relationships,religion,sports, or whatever pressures one may face.

Life, love and everything else has caused stress in my life. Nothing is always in perfect balance. At my worst, I was very unhappy in my job, I was a retail manager and a french student (my husband used to be a lecturer) was trying to seduce my man... Yes, I know... What helped for me was exercise and 10 pin bowling, funnily enough. It used to take all the negative energy I had pinned up inside and recycle it into positive and constructive energy. Painting also helps, but not as much.

Meditation helps a lot! So does good friendship(s)! There are pressure management techniques available in reiki and NLP. Personally, what I have indicated above, is the sum or essence of my experiences (while still in the midst of 'life'!)

Without going into detail. I handle pressure by rewarding myself w/ WHATEVER I want to make myself happy.

I have dealt with it either by substances or by being alone (i.e., taking walks out in the country). Otherwise I explode.
