Well, to tell you the truth,if you've seen him play at his best, you wouldn't disagree. - The answer is - JOE COLE - Pele said it himself,he moves and swerves around defenders like a Brazillian. If you saw his goal last season against Man U, you would agree. He is fast, has excellent dribbling skills and is also adaptable. He has a brilliant left foot, but can shoot just as well with his right, which he showed for England in the World Cup with the best goal of the tournament. 2 years ago, he was a substitute restricted to Chelsea's bench. Now, he's a regular starter and for an entire season, has been in sparkling form.
Although he is injured at the moment, he will be back playing for Chelsea in a month or so, and his opponents will suffer. His goal last season against ManU, when he shrugged off 2 defenders , then past Rio Ferdinand and shot the ball beyond the reach of a charging goalkeeper, was truly brilliant, and was an authoritative stamp on Chelsea's win. He is still very young but has shown great maturity and even though at times he may overdo the magical touch a bit, which in itself is a Brazillian trademark, he will mature past it and develop into England's most potent weapon and will be someone to watch out for in 2010.

Okay, well this isn't one of your best questions, but I would say Zidane, he's better than any Brazilian.
