It's part of your game if you have Sims 2. It also gets updated and is included with every expansion pack for Sims 2. You do not have to download it.
just go to START/Programs/EA Games/The Sims 2/ The Sims 2 Body Shop
If you do not own the Sims 2 and want to download a free and legal copy of the Body Shop. This is the free trial that is the Sim creator module. You can get it here:

It comes with the original game and is updated with each expansion you install. Just go to Start/All Prograns/EA Games/The Sims 2/The Sims 2 Body Shop!
