I currently study computers and networks yet when i read a book on the subject i feel like i have taken nothing in that i have just read.
I know that some people can read a book and remember it from front to back.
But is there a way i can improve my Memory so i can remember most of the things i have read ( Would Hypnosis help ? )

Try reading outloud. Reading outloud activates more of your brain than silent reading alone. Also try using the SQ3R method. Here is a website that tells about it.

Good luck to you.

Some people say that reading aloud may help.
Since i feel stupid in that way, i found another method.
I think this is a good method.

The first time I read in order to understand what we are talking about. If I don't understand I try reading again and again.
If it's still impossible to understand I go further, till the end of the chapter.
After i've understood the theme I underline just some words that put it in evidence, sentense by sentence.
For example, if there's a definition i just underline what is defined.
Or if there's an example I underline the word example.

Then I read a second time underlining (with pencil) what i didn't notice before and mark with *** most important things, and I try to repeat to myself each of them.
If you can't make it aloud or "mentally" you should write some notes; you should write at least the things you don't remember, but do not copy them from the book.

To check your work read the summary at the beginning (or sometimes at the end) of the book;
every title of chapters/paragraphers is a topic you should be able to develop, and when you can't that's something you should read again.

Write down final schemes is optional, but helps to fix things in your mind.

It looks really expansive in time, but when you have a method and you train your memory it's easier and easier to learn quickly, and it takes a lot of time just at the beginning

Survey the text by skimming, Question what you think its about, Read it carefully, Review what you read, and Rewrite what its about in your own words.

Mnemonics are nice too – SQ3R summarizes the above.

Pay attention to what you are reading, take it in dont just look at and reconise words.
