Eurasian means, European-Asian...it means a person has a parent who's European and a parent who's Asian...

It's also a Word Formation, blending of two words to give a different meaning from the words blended...

Eurasia is the area where asia and europe meet hence the name. and i dotn think taht Euroasians exist i think they are asians or Europeans.
