I am sorry to say that there is no quick fix. The best thing you can do is to reduce your intake of fats and sugars. Try to balance your diet and eat less, more often, as that will increase your metabolism and help you to burn calories. I know people will tell you all these other things, but think about it, if there was actually a quick fix, wouldn't everyone know about it and be using it.

Don't eat after 8. Eat breakfast, eat as much as you want the more you eat the better (not pur junk food of course) just don't eat after 8.
sounds eay but so isn't
I have the hardest time trying to eat breakfast and eating more during the day and not at night.
