Carlos stole all of his jokes from George Lopez, paul rodriquez. Most of his writers quit because he steals their material. Carlos isn't funny, his writers are funny. Mind of Mencia really started out ok, but it's just gotten to be the same old thing. Carlos yelling his jokes, that aren't funny.
