Anything my daughter cooks. Example: The other night she broke out some Rahman Noodles, put some bacon bits and tuna in them. OR she called me home for breakfast (I work from 4PM to 9 or 10 AM) She said she had actually learnd something at this high dollar cooking school I put her in 3 weeks ago. She made this ...well...OK let me try to describe it (not for the weak of stomach) She made pancakes, scrambled eggs and hash browns and ham. But here is the thing, she made the pancake batter out of a box, scrambled the eggs, chopped the ham up into time little bites and dumped the hash browns right into the mixture. Basically it was pancakes with eggs, potatoes and ham in them, THEN she out blueberry syrup in the mixture.
FIRST let me say my dog licks his butt but would not touch that and secondly I went down to that school and totally blew a gasket. Come to find out, they have not got to the cooking part that are learning about illness that comes from food, that sort of thing.
If the way to a mans heart is through his stomach, God help me, I am stuck with her forever.

my husband has tried cooking for me on a few occasions....and although it was really thoughtful, the meals were terrible! He tried making beef stew one night and tried using cornstarch to thicken the broth. What he didn't realize was that he was using icing sugar! It was really disgusting!

Beef Wellington. I had no idea that beef pate was in it - so when that flavor hit my tongue, I couldn't get the napkin to my mouth fst enough.
What's sad is that it was prom.
