Warm water and soap. If you have an STD or if you suspect you might..you should definately see a doctor. If you have itching or redness it may be Jock itch (ring worm on the genitals), or you may have gotten a yeast infection from your partner...if this is the case, don't have sex until it is gone or you will only pass it back and forth. If you are just wanting to keep them clean and fresh in general..regular bathing and powders or powder sprays are helpful.

There are many bath detergents available that people use to bath in. You can also get a dermatologist to prescribe you with a medicated soap to help. Most important is to pull back foreskin and wash. Underwear should be loose and not nylon.
