I'm guessing he recently watched the Godfather because all he does at work is talk like Marlon Brando. He's even acting like if he doesn't have to do any work and tries to pass it on to others or me. It was funny at first but he won't stop. He copies everything from the movie and I'm getting to the point of punching him in his F**king face. What do you think I should do?

Ignore him as much as you can. Print a sign that says something like: "I take pride in MY work and do it the best I can. I suggest YOU do the same. And dont try passing it on to me." When he comes by and tries to pull one on you, with a smile, point at the sign.

Just ignore him as much as you can. Even the work he passes onto you! Sooner or later the higher-ups will see what he is NOT doing!

Let's be realistic you won't do anything but put up with it until you find another job so suck it up and put up with the idiot it takes balls to put up with the godfather which you don't have since you have to come here for advice so keep dealing with it until you find another job
