I've tried Un-installing it and Re-Installing it..(along with re-booting of course) I've tried unblocking the pop up..I've gone into IE Advanced tab. I've tried everything.. help please..

if you are trying to get into yahoo games/boards try this.click popup blocker on list were it says always allow,,,type yahoo.com.
next go to start button,settings,control panel.internet options,advanced tab, scroll down to msn vm uncheck the 2 javas listed, click apply, then ok..now msn vm will launch your games. its faster and as you found out java has glitches and slows load time. i know its different from what most people tell you,but i have been using these settings and having no problems getting into yahoo games. in card games you need to check small windows on options button in lounge,once in room you can expand room to see chat area

Sometimes it is your Antivirus software.
Try to stop it for a while.
