my bf and i just got back together again, it is like the old times... but the problem now is he wanted to keep the relationship secret... i got pissed off and he explain that he don't want anyone to ruin our relationship again, just like what happened before which is the cause of our break up... nothings has changed with regards to how he treats me,.. shall i give what he wants?

If your relationship is truly a good one, there should be no reason whatsoever to keep it a secret. And - no one should be able to break it up, if it is truly a good relationship and if you are meant for each other. I have had past relationships (long ago!) broken up by others, such as the girl's mother!! Guess what? If that can happen, and without a real and legitimate reason - it was NOT meant to be-!!! It may sound abit corny, but - if it is meant to be, then telling about it won't hurt it, and -- anoher person cannot break it up-!

I would RUN, not walk, away from this guy as fast as I could! There could be several reasons why he wants to keep this relationship a secret. 1) He has another girlfriend and doesn't want her to find out about you; 2) He is embarrassed by you for some reason; or 3) While the two of you were apart, he talked trash about you to his friends and now that you are back together again, he is embarrassed for talking trash and doesn't want his friends to know that you are back together. There are other ways for the two of you to keep people from ruining your relationship than keeping it a secret - that's just a flimsy excuse for him to use to avoid telling you the truth about what is really going on and what he is doing behind your back. You say nothing has changed with respect to how he treats you - did he treat you well before or did he treat you badly? If he treated you badly, there is no reason for you to continue in this relationship - especially if he insists on keeping it a secret. You can do much better. I would definitely look around for another boyfriend. Best of luck to you.

If you think that things are strong well no i don't think it should be kept a secret. If people caused you to break up last time then you should be prepared this time around. Don't listen to others and keep your self positive. With what happened you should be stronger when you can notice things are going to happen tell those around you that you don't want any thing to get in the way of your relation ship that you are happy he is happy and that's all that should matter keeping things a secret will only start this 2 chance off tough and by the sounds of things you don't need that. So good luck keep positive and hold your head up tell your partner that things will only be whores off for you if you do it like that share your concerns and hope that things go your way.

How did he treat you before? Kind? Loving? Considerate of your needs before his? What is his reason for keeping the relationship secret? As two individuals, if you feel you belong together, you should stand strong together no matter what others say. I know how you feel because I've been through sort of the same. Does he want to keep it a secret because he's ashamed of you and what you have together? If so, maybe he's not the one for you and you'd be better off with someone else!

If he's trying to keep it secret, he's probably dating someone else and doesn't want them to find out. If I was in your situation, I would figure out what you want from the relationship and sit down with him and discuss it. If you both don't see eye-to-eye on your relationship rules, it's not going to work out this time, either.

you are not solving the question, you're just hiding it. I think it's a weekness that others can easily affect your relation. what would you do if you get married. you will hide your marraige because you are affraid of others interference????? so let people know you are together and enjoy you time together and belive me, I've done what you wanna do, I've hide my relation, you can't imagin how painfull it is. if another girl goes with you'r boy friend you can't object infront of others, you have have to deny your feeling infront of others , ...

No, sounds fishy... Are you sure he isn't seeing anyone else? Only you guys can REALLY ruin your relationship so there is no reason to keep it a secret...

not depending on why you broke up...if it's because there was rumor of him cheating on you, then hell no...he just doesn't want it getting around that he is now with her and you, atleast he wouldn't want the both of you to know...make sense?
If it was because of people talking then thats whatever, screw them they aren't the ones in the relationship and have no business talkin about it in the first place.
