The glans of the penis is exposed as the foreskin glides over but it gets looped at the base in a circilar fashion just like a towel loop. I have had sex many times but always wearing condoms....! Is it abnormal. How do I get my foreskin to recede all the way, as I see in movies......!

That's kinda weird but as long as it works, it's normal enough. If you keep pulling your foreskin back all the way gently, it should un-loop, and I'm guessing it loops when you roll it forward. Perhaps if you use a little lube it'll keep it from sticking to itself, which might be responsible for the "looping." I dunno, try it and see if that works.

The reason you feel confident around girls you're not attracted to is because you frankly don't care what they say or think about you. Ever wonder why the jerks get the hotties? It's because they don't care what the hotties think of them. pull your foreskin taut before inserting your penis into the condom and be sure to get the right size, if its to large your foreskin will roll back down,, good luck and give it a try

you may need to see a doctor, it may be attatched in a small area where its not supposed to be.
