NO! It's not a good idea to fast a full day. You should just reduce your calorie intake and follow a healthy diet - everday.

Yes, if you drink lots of water and fruit juices, especially cranberry juice to flush the system! And a good vitamin mineral pill wouldn't hurt either!

Its never good to starve ur body ur just eventually killing ur self i mean ur body needs 3 things to be healthy-sleep,food,exercise.
so eat healthy,sleep good,exercise and youll b lookin good and feelin good. but if ur lazy u can starve ur self but in the long term ur BONED!!! its up to u
