i dont understand how you can write about this it is something you have to do
i would assume it would be something oral that you did and was assessed on your ability
to lead a discussion means you start it and keep it on track (ask a question stop people going of on a tangent keep them focused allow differant points of view but stop it becoming a full scale row get all involved ie ask the quiet one for their opinion stop the loudmouth taking over)
